Shipment and payment

1. Shipment

Once your order has been manufactured, we will notify you and reconfirm your shipping address and phone number. You agree, we will send the package to the carrier and send you a tracking number to check the delivery of your order. We cannot guarantee weekend delivery but will notify you if possible.

Currently, we work with a variety of shipping agents, mostly UPS, FEDEX, DHL. Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may cause delay in processing by an additional 1-2 business days. Therefore, we encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information before sending out to avoid any possible delayed.

The length of shipping time will vary among countries and choice of logistics carriers or types.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

2. Payment

After you place an order, you can pay 100% or pay 30% - 50% in advance, when your order is completed, you will pay the remaining amount. Currency is US dollars.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard,…), Western Union, Money Gram or Bank Transfer, PayPal. We always take all the necessary steps to make sure that the payment and personal information are safe and secure.
